HIPAA: Submission emails are not displaying any data.

We are not getting out "contacts forms" since we signed a BAA. Once that form is sending to the email, it says "Hidden to protect privacy". Please see the attached screenshot.

I did check your account and found that you have HIPAA-compliant account. Please note that PHI fields of HIPAA-compliant account cannot be displayed in email alerts. If you want the data to be displayed in email, you need to turn off "PHI" in those form fields. Please check the screenshot below:
