    My colleagues from our Reviewers team informed me that your account is suspended because you are offering cards for corporations on a free domain email. I noticed that you reported that same issue on this thread as well: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2914944

    Thanks for getting back. Yes it's the same person. I was just asked to contact the reviewers part of JotForm. I explained to them that we're purchasing gift cards from our customers. We only ask the numbers so that we may verify the gift card balance to be accurate. We attached our website so that you guys can see that we're legit. Thanks for all your help
