How to get back to my original form after payment and then submit the form

I've made a custom button for that purpose in a paragraph so that when they click on it, it will redirect it to the particular payment form. My concern is if the customer will get back to my original form after payment and then submit the form so that we get the information?

    Hello,

Unfortunately, you can only add one payment integration to your form. However, you can check this workaround and let us know if you need further help.

    Thank you!

    Hey,

Thanks for the heads up. My question was how do I make the customer come back to the form after making a payment so that they be able to submit the form?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, we are not sure that it is possible for now.

You can use a workaround provided by my colleague Vincent. The user can choose the payment getaway, submit the form and make a payment by clicking the Submit button.

    Best regards,

    Alex

    UPD:

Also, I want to suggest another workaround for you:

You can use SHOW/HIDE conditions to hide the part of the form if you want that user to fill it after the submission.

Then, you can add an edit link to the autoresponder

After that - you can set to SHOW the hidden fields if the user loads the form from the email notification after the first submission.

If everything set correctly: The user can pay via the payment field. -> Submit the form. -> Get the autoresponder email with edit link -> He loads the form again with additional fields to fill.

    Guide: 👉How-to-show-or-hide-fields-on-edit-url

    Demo:

Form URL: https://www.jotform.com/62321689030956 (Status field is hidden)

Edit URL: https://www.jotform.com/edit/4021534325216346457 (Status field is shown)

    Hope it helps, 😊
