I can't access anything at all

When I tried to access forms this morning, the system tries to decrypt entries, but it seems to be having trouble. I can't access anything at all.

Are you unable to access forms and submissions on your account? Can you also please tell us if the forms are working on your end?

I checked several forms and they are loading fine on my end. If you are getting some error message, please provide us a screenshot.
