    My account is created with email info@destinocanada.net, but I get the records made ​​notifications on each form.

    Hi,

    Do you mean you're not receiving email notification from your form? Your post title says that your notification fails, but your description seems like you have it working.

    If you're not receiving email notification, I would suggest following our recommendations from this guide: How To Setup Email Alerts To Prevent NOT Receiving Email Alerts & Bouncing Issues.
