I have a form that will be completed in two parts, so it is essentially two forms as the first part can be submitted prior to completing the second part. I have linked the submission ID to the submission email and the confirmation email. This ID is also a required field on the second form. Is there a way to include the submission ID on the initial form? Also each submission (from either form 1 or form 2) will be linked to a box.net account. Is it possible to sync these so it shows up as one submission within box.net?

Thank you for contacting us.
It is not possible to show the Submission ID on the form since it is being generated upon submission. As an alternative, you may consider prepopulating the second form with Submission ID from the first form:
Some kind of Box.Net syncing is possible, since you can control the destination folder. For example, you can try the following settings on the first form:
(native Submission ID is used for submission folder name under Combined folder)
And the following settings on the second form:
(now Submission ID is referring to the form field where user enter received ID from the first form)
If you remove the 'Prefix with Date' option, integration will be replacing PDF with the new version upon the second form submission.
This can be a good solution if you have paid Box.Net plan, so you can see different versions of the PDF.
If you select the 'Prefix with Date', you will get something like this:
