Empty submissions

    I have my form, with questions and an attachment in it (file upload).

    Everything is working: it's connected to Gmail (by Zapier) and it automatically send an email for every submission.


    Strange thing: when I check my submissions, some of them are frozen (see attached image). After some minutes they appear compiled (same in mobile app).


    But in the mean time they are empty inside and Zapier too cannot process them, until they (somehow) return normal.


    What is the reason?

    Currently, we are not aware of any known issues regarding the matter, and upon looking at your account and form, it seems to be active.

    I have now cleared your form cache so let us know if the issue still persists.

    It had some problems at the beginning.

    Maybe it was the cache the problem.
