I recently made an update to an existing form by adding a form element and deleting the previous. After doing so, the previous "Date of claim" format element data is now gone when I look at all submissions.

I followed the "revert" steps provided by Support, however, my form continues to not revert back to the previous version I selected on 10/6/2020.

I was told to contact you by David B, via JotForm Support team.

    Thank you,

    Thank you for reaching support,

Does someone else have access to your account that would make these changes?

You may also view your Account history to confirm: https://www.jotform.com/help/370-how-to-view-your-account-activity-logs.

Please clear your browser cache as well, as your browser may have saved your previous settings: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic.

    Best.

Others have access, but no one has made any changes to the form. I've looked at the history and it's showing only myself.

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

Unfortunately, that would be the most likely scenario, please note as well that even though you created the same field, it will still have a UNIQUE ID and NAME and will have it's own column in your Tables page.

    Best.
