504 errors

    Good morning,

    We are having 504 errors on some of our forms. It looks like you have been clearing the forms cache for some people. Can you please do that for these two forms?

    We are extremely sorry for the issues being experienced. We have received an update the server issues has been fixed and should be working fine. If you still notice any issues, please do let us know here. We will be happy to take a look again. Also, our backend team is working on a permanent fix with all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes.
