Jotform is down for HIPAA account

    Accessing jotform is not available due to "bad gateway" even though repots that there is no issues

    We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have received an update the issues should be fixed by now and the forms should be working fine. Our backend team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes.
