Zoho Integration

    Hi There,

    We're a small loss adjusting firm in Ireland, using Zoho CRM as our claims management system. We're looking for a two way integration that will allow us pre-populate forms with data already captured on the CRM and then feeding back the additional data and information collected while in the field.

    The CRM holds the key data and we then expand the forms, which we then publish as our investigation/inspection etc. reports to our client insurers. At present our bespoke published reports are, we think, a cut above our competitors.

    I like the look of your pdf feature, although I'm concerned about proofing, editing moving sections around, getting page breaks right etc. before publishing.

    We currently use Prontoforms, which integrates with Salesforce, but not with Zoho. Can we accomplish what we need with Jotforms?

    Jotform seems like a good alternative to Prontoforms.

    Many thanks,

    Darragh

    Hello Darragh,

    I'm sorry, but our Zoho integration can't fetch existing data and prepopulate it in the form. However, there is a feature in the integration that would allow you to update existing leads or contacts based on a set of fields.

    If your purpose is to avoid duplicates, this option will do it for you.

    Regarding the items you've mentioned for the PDF feature;

    Proofing: If it's the content, the PDF will automatically copy the contents. If you mean the design/aesthetics, I would suggest looking at our PDF templates: https://www.jotform.com/pdf-templates/.

    Editing/moving section: The PDF Editor provides dynamic options to edit texts or add new elements when needed. Moving elements is also not a problem as it provides you the same drag and drop feature to align/position fields.

    Page break: It is automatically set based on the content of the form. You could add one to separate sections or move a set of fields to a new page.

    Our Starter (Free) Plan has no restriction in terms of editing your form and PDFs. I would suggest exploring the form builder on your time. If you have questions or need help with something, contact us through this channel or connect with us through our chat support.

    I hope that helps.
