Multiple options and multiple quantities

Hello

We are a restaurant offering 3 course menu (each course has 3 options) we need the way to have multiple quantities added but in different choices to allow for a number of people to eat different menu items.

I have the 3 multiple choices added to the form but i don't then seem to be able to add a second person's choices to the order.

Please can you help?

You may implement Special Pricing for the order form, this will enable the user to choose different types of orders, and you may create multiple products for variety as well.
