Hi! I'm in charge of a form that our high school uses to apply for scholarships. I used my personal email address to create a JotForm account and create an online form. This year my student is graduating so I need to pass this task along to someone else, but still want to use the same form. How can I pass this exact form onto someone else? Can I reassign an email address to the new person in charge? I do NOT want to have to recreate this form from scratch again and neither will the new person. Thank you!

    Hi,

You can either change the email address of the account, or if the new person has or wants to create a new JotForm account, we can transfer your form together with the submissions to the new account.

If you wish to transfer the form when the time comes, just open a new thread here in the Support Forum, tell us the form name, and the username of the account where you want to transfer the form, and our support team will transfer the form.

If you have any further questions, please let us know and we are happy to help!
