Form not working at times

Hello,

I have been having issues with our hippa compliant forms working at times. For a period of a few minutes people are unable to submit, they can access the form but it errors out when they try to submit. This has happened randomly several times over the past few months on different forms. I was hoping you might have a fix.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have received an update the issues should be fixed by now and the forms should be working fine. Our backend team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent JotForm from downtimes.

Not a problem, these things happen and I am glad you folks were able to
