Attempting to download all entries

I am attempting to download all entries in a excel spreadsheet, but it is only downloadingf 15,000 entries. I have much more than 15k.

May we have your permission to attempt to download the submissions on our own to see if we can replicate the issue? Please note that the data will be immediately deleted upon investigation.

At this time we are all set. I found a workaround by going back to the "old" version.
