Can you unlock my account? (Wrong login attempts)

Hello,

Please unlock my account. My username is ncccpr

I attempted to reset the password and was able to do so, but when it logged me in, all of my forms appeared to be missing. Also, I tried another account (Admissionsnccc) and wasn't able to log into that one either. Is the system down?

Thank you for contacting us. I cleared login attempts for the account "ncccpr" on my end. Please kindly try to log back in to your account again. As for the "Admissionsnccc", I was able to login to the account. If you see any error messages on your screen when you try to login to your account, please let us know what kind of message has been displayed.

For the missing forms under your account, are you referring to grayed out forms in the image below? If so, please kindly enable them in order to receive submissions again. If you are referring to some other issues, please let us know.
