    Hi,

If you mean our different account plans and subscriptions to them, we basically have options for free and paid accounts.
In short, all the features are available on the free and the paid accounts, but depending on the paid account plan, you will be able to receive more monthly submissions, have more space in your account, and upgrade to HIPAA compliance.

You can choose to subscribe to the paid plans either on a monthly subscription or a yearly subscription, and the subscription is automatically renewed until you decide to cancel.

To see our pricing and what is included in each plan, please see our pricing page here:

For detailed information regarding the account limits, please see our guide here:

    Hi,
I am the Sales Process Manager for our organization. I have created a form that I would want our account managers to be able to access in order to send out externally to our clients. We request that our clients complete a data assessment. My question is if I would just need a subscription or will all of our account managers need a subscription?

    Hi Brittany,

This depends on what controls your account managers would need.

You can invite others to collaborate and edit forms, view submissions, and if your account managers have links to the forms, they can also send them out in emails. With a paid plan, it's also possible to add multiple receivers to Notification emails, so your account managers can also be notified automatically when you get a new response.

However, sharing one account with multiple persons and logging in is not basically recommended for security reasons. Collaborating can be done without sharing the account credentials, but if you would need more administrative rights to your account managers, then I would suggest subscribing to Jotform Enterprise with multi-user accounts, as it will give you much more flexibility and better managability.

Let us know if you have any other questions!

We don’t need multiple admins. I create and edit the forms. The account managers just need the links to send to clients and potentially be notified when we receive a response. We will have 4 forms total, but I just need to know that I can send the links to all my account managers for their clients to complete the data assessments. Is that possible?

    Hi Brittany,

In that case, I believe that one account should be just enough for you.

When you create a public form, anyone who has a link to the form can fill it out. Thus you can give the link to the account managers, and they can forward the links to their clients.

Regarding notification emails, with a free account, you can add only 1 person to receive notification emails, but with any paid plan you can add multiple receivers. Related guide: Send-notifications-to-multiple-recipients

When you have a payment processor on your form, and you are charging your users on the form (e.g. product orders, registration fees, donations), the submission is called a payment submission.
