Form tabs are not working

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the Jotform,
nothing is showing in our forms tab, when you click on it a gray page
appears and that is it??

Can you please let us know what specifically doesn't work? Do you get any error messages? Does the whole page turn completely gray? Could you please share with us the console report, so we could have more information about what is going on?
