Your form view counter is broken

Once again you have disabled our account claiming we are over our form view limit. This is not possible as we have only a few dogs listed for adoption and have only had a half dozen users since the first of the year. Your dashboard does not have any information on when our account rolls over each month either. I have a screen shot of your dashboard for us but your upload image box is not working either. This is the second time you have disabled our account for supposedly being over the limit. There is absolutely no way that we have exceeded 1000 form views in this cycle/month or even this year. We have only had a handful of dogs listed for adoption. The last time I sent you an email after you disabled our account you fixed it and here we go again. If your system is unable to track accurately our usage I would not consider paying for you to do the same. Rescue is very time consuming and I don't want to keep spending it on this. I have no problem having the jot form advertising associated with our rescue and with our large following would think that our negative review on Facebook and Google is undesirable. Please let me know if this problem is going to persist so we can pass that on and change to another form server. Kyle-Marley's World

Hello - I apologize for the inconvenience.

If your form embedded on a website, by any chance? Form views are the same as impressions so if your form/website gets over 1000+ visitors per month, it is expected for you to exceed the free form view limit of 1000.

In addition, all monthly limits reset every first day of the month. It is automatic so you won't get notified for every usage refresh.
