Conditional calculated form value not showing in PDF submission

I have set up my jotform so that depending on the program selected by a parent for a child, a different value populates in the "Program" "Annual Fee" and "Tuition" field. This text value then shows up in a specific area of the form, so that the parent knows the amount owed in the agreement. I want parents to be able to download their full admissions agreement once complete, but when I do the "Download PDF link" from email or the thank you page, those text values are all missing. How can they be included on the PDF? Screenshots below (the first is the form, the second is what shows up on the PDF, the third is what shows up on the live form):

    Hi there,

Kindly try downloading the PDF from your form's submission to see if it'll return an empty value on those specific fields.

    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-how-to-download-form-submissions-as-excel-csv-pdf

Can you please share with us the form having the issue? I can see you have 2 forms, wherein the PDF document looks exactly the same. It would be great if you can provide which of these 2 forms are you referring to so we can further check.

Take note that I cloned both forms and was not able to reproduce the issue.

As part of the initial troubleshooting steps, please try recreating the PDF document, and try again.

I have cleared your form's cache as a precaution.

We will wait for your response.

I responded via email but will post here as well. Both forms you list have the same issue, as one is a clone of the other, but the primary form is https://www.jotform.com/form/210384928439161

When you fill out the form, you are asked to select a program (for example, Toddler Program – Ages 15 months…), half day or full day, wraparound care, and how you will pay (ten installments vs. paid in full, etc.). The form is set up so that based on those options, a text value is calculated and inserted in the fields called “Program Label”, “Payment Plan”, “Annual Fee”, “Tuition”, and “Wraparound Care Fees”. Then that value is supposed to show up in the table where the field references are. This works on the live form, but when you download a PDF the calculated field values are missing from “Program Label”, “Payment Plan”, “Annual Fee”, “Tuition”, and “Wraparound Care Fees” and therefore don’t show up in the table.

I will note that I have the fields “Program Label”, “Payment Plan”, “Annual Fee”, “Tuition”, and “Wraparound Care Fees” hidden on the form itself.

I have created a workaround PDF form that just displays all the possible values, because I need to get this to families tomorrow. However, the PDF called 2021-22 Contract is the one that I hoped would display the values in the table (right now it also displays the fields that source the values, but I’d prefer if those stay hidden) and it doesn’t work.

Please let me know what I’m missing, thanks!

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please allow me a little time to look into the issue and will get back to you shortly.

    Hello,

I'm sorry for getting back to you late. For the calculated amount displayed in Paragraph filed on your form. Unfortunately, the value can only be passed and displayed if the value is static. If the value is calculated dynamically as the form user choose their selection, it seems it is not possible to pass those values.

As a workaround, please try to use form field to display the calculated amount. Form calculation value will be displayed in notification email and PDF file after submissions if the calculated value is passed to form field.
