Save Edit Feature

I recently created an application utilizing the save and edit feature. It was working perfectly for everyone until Friday. I have seven incomplete submissions that appear to be "blank" with none of their changes saved.

Several of my "incomplete submissions" are now blank. One of the responders reached out to me today as she was 90% through the application and most recently saved her last entries on Friday, February 18 around 4 PM. Can this and the other incomplete submissions be restored to the last time they saved their form? The following link below is to one of the incomplete submissions in which I am referencing.

To my understanding, you have 7 incomplete submissions that are blanks using the Save Form and Continue Later feature.

Just to confirm, are those 7 submissions using the same computer? If the form is embedded on a website, please share the link so we can check it.

How about today, is the form working now? Is it okay if we submit a test submission?
