Temporarily Back-End Unavailable

    Hi there - my team gets the error message "Temporarily Back-End Unavailable" pretty frequently. I don't know if anyone's getting it right now, but we get it enough that it's becoming a problem with scheduling when we're able to work on forms. How can we make sure this stops happening?

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    We are receiving multiple reports from our HIPAA account users about this issue. Our developers are also aware of it. We will let you know once we have any updates from the backend team.

    For now, I cleared your form cache from our server. Please try it and let us know if the issue still persists. Thank you!

    Unfortunately this is still persisting, very frequently. Since we do pay for this service, this isn't something we can continue to have happen, and we're at the point where we're considering having to switch to another form provider. Is there a more definitive answer?

    Here's a message from one of our developers:

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic and this caused some forms to be crashed. All necessary precautions have been taken by our DevOps team to prevent Jotform from future downtimes.

    At the moment, I think they're trying to reduce the traffic and downtimes. Please keep in mind that this only affects our HIPAA account users.

    I cleared your form cache on our server. Please check it again and let us know if it is still not working.
