I created a payment form and would like to connect my payment processors (Stripe and Paypal). How do I connect them to a form that I already created?

    Hi Monika,

When you are creating a payment form you can only integrate one payment method in your form. Multiple payment methods can not be integrated into one form.

However, we have a workaround for this. You can use multiple forms to integrate multiple payment methods. Please check the related guide below.

You mentioned that Stripe fails to connect every time. Could you please share a screenshot using the guide below so we can check it here?

You can also check the Stripe integration guide below:

For PayPal please check the guide below.

    Thanks

I am still getting an error when trying to connect Stripe to my form. This is my first time using Jotform. See attached screenshot.1614193771_6036a46bb99e3_Image.png

    Hello,

Thank you for providing a screenshot.

Please try removing the Payment Field by selecting it and clicking the Red Trashcan icon. After that, add it back again and follow this guide on how to integrate it to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/190-how-to-integrate-stripe-with-your-form

If you're on a Test Mode, please use the Test cards: https://stripe.com/docs/testing#cards

If you're on a Live Mode, please try paying $0.1 to test it. If the issue still persists, please try using a different internet browser for testing purposes only.
