    Forms not Sent to Dropbox

    I am having difficulites with the dropbox form. I allow access but then it wont even create the form. I am feeling pretty sketched out that I am allowing full access to all my files on dropbox and the damn thing doesnt even work.

    Hi, sorry for that matter. Can you be more specific on the problem you are experiencing now?
    If you are having a problem with the authentication process on the popup window or when setting up a folder. Developers just made a patch about it.

    So I asked you to try it again and  report back to us if you face anymore problems.

    I have tested your form by cloning your form and integrating it to my dropbox test account.

    This is how the files of a test submission are deposited on my dropbox account:

    Kindly try removing the integration you currently have and re-integrate the form to your Dropbox account. And test again perfmorming a test submission on your form.

    In regards to the second question/comment

    JotForm utilizes the access provided to your Dropbox account to create the neccessary File & Folder structure and to deposit the uploaded files in to your Dropbox account. You can remove the integration to your dropbox account at any time.

    How to Integrate the Form to JotForm

    On the Form Editor, go to the Setup & Embed category, click on Integrations:

    On the Integrations Wizard, click the Dropbox option located under Most Popular or Document Sharing

    Then Authenticate to allow JotForm and Dropbox to communicate between each other:

    Then we can proceed to configure the way the submissions will be structured within your Dropbox account:

    Once those steps are completed you should have dropbox integrated to your form.

     

    NOTE: In case you need to remove the integration completely or to recreate the integration. Click on Integrations under the Form Editor and then click on the Dropbox Forms option, this time it will give you the window below, and click on Remove Integration
