Hello,
The uploaded resumes on some of the submissions that are emailed to us don't work. We get a 404 not found message when we click the link.

Why do some of the links not work? The Kelsey Fraser link is older than the other two so it must not be an expiry thing. Please advise.

Hi Michael,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please note that the 404 Not Found (S3) error is shown when the file is not properly uploaded to our servers. Most likely the user submitted the form before the file was fully uploaded. You can edit the submission to upload the file again or ask the form submitter to edit the submission and upload the file again properly before hitting the submit button.
