Is it possible to use forms offline and then update our CRM when user comes back into service? Eg. Complete form offline and then once in range/ online the form is submitted and updates our CRM.
Is it possible to pull existing information from our CRM to autofill the forms. Eg. Update your Details form - Send form to customer to complete and confirm if they still have the same contact number, email address or postal address. This would mean that they don't have to fill out information again but rather form recognizes that our CRM already has some of this information.

There are two options that you can use to allow your respondents to save their submission offline and sync/submit it once they already have an available connection.
First, they can use the JotForm Mobile Forms app and you can assign your form to them.
Reference Guide: How-can-i-use-JotForm-Mobile-Forms-without-internet-access
And second, you can create a PDF version of your form. Your respondents can save the PDF Form first on their end when they don't have an internet connection and just submit the form once they are already connected.
You can check if we have an available integration with the CRM you are planning to use with your form.

Our CRM integrations, like for example, Salesforce, has this option in the integration settings.
This will automatically update any existing record in Salesforce if respondents edit their submission.
With regards to allowing respondents to edit their submission, you may refer to this guide — How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
This method will not pull the data from your CRM but from our server where the submission is also saved.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
