Our apologies for the inconvenience.
I too was able to replicate the issue. However, as per checking, I couldn't find the actual files for those two samples you provided.
Unfortunately, it looks like the files were not completely uploaded to our servers or got corrupted while being uploaded to our servers. Kindly try to contact the applicant to re-send their resumes.
