Account Suspesion

    Hello,

    My account shows as suspended. Can you help please?

    Hello Janak, thank you for reaching us. 

    Your account was suspended because your forms are collecting Social Security and Driver's License Number, Driver's License Upload.

    When you do request SSNs, chances are that our automated phishing detector will flag the forms and suspend the account. If this happens you must contact support to whitelist the form and reactivate the account, explaining the purposes of the forms.

    If your purpose is not to collect this data from the general public, but from your own customers, then you need to comply with two things.

    1. Add the Terms & Conditions Widget for your users to read and agree.

    2. Add a Signature Widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    We will also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Also, we will need to remove the guilty fields (which are collecting bank information) from your forms.

    We can only re-activate your account if you agree to add the required widgets and change your account email address.
