    Hello, we are currently not able to access the submission date from one of our forms. When I try to open the inbox it is very slow and when it finally loads, it says "submission #..." instead of the name of who submitted. Please get back to me as it is crucial that we access this information. thank you.

    Hi there,

    As you've HIPAA enabled in your account, so we can not check your Inbox directly. Here is how you can enable or change the header and subheader settings.


    I've cleared your form cache as well. Please try it and let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hello @Bailey_Hart,

    We do apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing,

    Please note that we did experience a server issue today that caused some Inbox pages to display blank submissions, however, we have received word from our developers that the servers are now stabilized and all of the data is available now. If you are still experiencing the issue on your end, I would suggest that you clear the browser cache and cookies and try the form again. The issues can persist if the website is still using previously cached data. I also cleared all of your form caches from our end as well.

    Please try this and give your forms another test run. If the same issue continues, I will report the problem to our developers to inform that that your account is still being affected by the issue.
