I have tried all the suggestions in your FAQ's but with no success… I have even tried sending a 'test email' from the 'email alert' setup but I did not receive them either… any suggestions?
Are they instantaneous or how long can I expect to wait before receiving the submission

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have tested your notification using a Yahoo Mail account and I wasn't able to replicate the issue you reported. Could you please try a different email address as the destination email of your notifications? Perhaps a Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo Mail account.
If it works using this email, the issue is most likely with your email service provider. You must contact your ISP or system administrator (person or group administering your email system) regarding this issue so that they can investige on their end. They may need to add jotform.com domain to their white list.
You may also find this link helpful: http://www.jotform.com/faq/#7. Make sure that the email notification is not being redirected to your junk or spam mail folder.

through eventually but they did take a while.
