Trouble Sending PDF via Email

    Hello,

    I am writing about my Diver Medical Participant Questionnaire (HIPAA-compliant).

    I need my students to receive and be able to print PDFs of the original form. Can you please help me?

    Currently, I can attach a password protected PDF but it is not the original form.

    As per checking, you have already enabled Original PDF attachment both in your Form Settings as well as on your Autoresponder email.

    However, I noticed that in your autoresponder email, you have not enabled PDF Password.

    Kindly add a password for your PDF within the autoresponder email and make sure it is the same as the one you have set in your form's settings to avoid any conflict.

    Don't forget to save the autoresponder email as well after you have set the password.
