I would like to know how i can print a copy for tracking my invoices to them. Also, how can i track if it was received without calling and hassling them each time? Thanks so much.

The only way for you to get a copy or a confirmation of your submission is if they (the jotform account owner) configured the form to send an autoresponder email.
You can have them refer to this user guide to create an autoresponder for the form that you were submitting information on.
Also, if a Thank You message is displayed, it means that the submission made was sucessful.
Aside from that, I do not think that there is another way of knowing if your submission made it through.
