im getting a error message on my forms

greetings on my rental application form my people are getting the error message Please contact the support to use the API-contact form owner. I don't understand why this is coming up. please help thanks

I have tried to submit your form, however, the problem seems to be in the XVerify Email widget. Since you have also added JotForm's email with the verification option, you can remove the XVerify Email widget (note that, if you have data collected, information related to this field will be removed if you delete the field; instead, you can simply hide it).

If you wish to use XVerify Email, please make sure that the information you have provided in the widget settings is correct.
