I need help to set up emails properly

    Hi,


    I do not receive the form after submission.

    I get the email with the form, I completed it and I don't see where the completed form goes.

    Of course, I need the form completed and signed and have it, otherwise is no good.

    To clarify, you receive the notification email when the form is submitted but you are not able to view the submission data?

    You may view the submission data in your submission page.

    If you want to receive a PDF document of your submission data, you may enable PDF attachment in your email.

    I will try to explain myself the best I can.

    So, I have this beautiful form application that I need to send to people to fill in, sign and send it back to me.

    I am sending it to my email and I do not receive it.

    I open the link and on the last page, I set Date, Name using fill in the black and when I publish it it shows blanks on the field where it should show Date, Name. Maybe I can use other options from the left hand side menu, but still, was a bit of waste my time.


    The most important thing is to be able to send and receive the document filled and signed.

    I managed to work it out/figure it out, so many options, pages, not very easy to understand within a short period of time, took me some hours to figure out how this works.

    The blanks no, but I don't mind.

    Wordpress integration doesn't work on my site, but iframe seems to work fine, I will stick with that.
