Inform clients to fill out other forms

I have split up our new patient packet for healthcare into 3 different forms do to 2 of them have to use the smart pdf features to capture data then input it into the original pdf form from the PDF forms for various agencys.

Example

1 is new patient general info

2 is a hippa release polciy

3 is a smart pdf form from Medicaid liability form

MY question to you is there anyway when sending this to our New Patients that the understand that they must fill out all 3 ? Formstack had a cool option that showed people there was 2 other forms still pending to be completed.

Formstack has this feature and they call it

Do you guys have something similar?

You can use the Redirect to external link feature and automatically redirect users to the 2nd form once they submit the 1st one, then redirect to the 3rd form once submit the 2nd one. Please check this guide given below:
