Hi,
I am trying to download all form submissions as a PDF to archive and help reduce account space and I am encountering 2 problems:
- Only the first 1 or 2 PDF forms have the photos included, all other forms photos are not showing in the PDF form.
- The PDF name convention is just a random number and does not reference the form name, date or anything. This makes it very hard to archive for later reference.
Thanks for your help.

#1. In which form you are having this issue with? I did check your last edited form " Lighting Solutions Completion Form" and all submission PDF seems to display the uploaded file.
I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the issue, and we will take a look. The following guide should help you how to upload the image in forum post: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-how-to-post-screenshots-to-our-support-forum
#2. Please note that you can take advantage of our "PDF Editor" to customize the submission PDF file name. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/553-how-to-assign-a-custom-name-to-a-pdf-document-with-pdf-editor
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.

Hi & thanks for your reply.
Individual PDF's work fine but if downloading multiple/all it doesn't. Please check my data export section for examples. This forum won't let me upload PDF's to show examples.
Thanks

I have checked your data export and tried to view some of the PDF documents and it seems the images are showing at my end.
I have cleared your form cache.
Can you please download the submission as PDF and let us know how it goes?
