Download all form submissions as PDF

    Hi,

    I am trying to download all form submissions as a PDF to archive and help reduce account space and I am encountering 2 problems:

    • Only the first 1 or 2 PDF forms have the photos included, all other forms photos are not showing in the PDF form.
    • The PDF name convention is just a random number and does not reference the form name, date or anything. This makes it very hard to archive for later reference.

    #1. In which form you are having this issue with? I did check your last edited form " Lighting Solutions Completion Form" and all submission PDF seems to display the uploaded file.

    I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the issue, and we will take a look. The following guide should help you how to upload the image in forum post: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-how-to-post-screenshots-to-our-support-forum

    Hi & thanks for your reply.

    Individual PDF's work fine but if downloading multiple/all it doesn't. Please check my data export section for examples. This forum won't let me upload PDF's to show examples.

    I have checked your data export and tried to view some of the PDF documents and it seems the images are showing at my end.

    I have cleared your form cache.

    Can you please download the submission as PDF and let us know how it goes?

    Hi & thanks for your help.

    I tried downloading all of the forms again but for a total of 1600 forms with photos the file only comes to 46mb, as seen in the below photo, which wouldn't be correct. I have also added a photo of an example of the form missing the photo.
