Review submitted information

    Hello, I recently paid for an application for Delta Sigma Theta. I paid at the end with a guest user for PayPal. At the bottom there was still an option to save and return and “submit.” I did not get the opportunity to submit at will. After payment it said your application has been submitted. I did not “submit” anything. This is a very delicate application where precision is key. Is there anything that can be done? I wanted to review my application prior to submission.

    I have checked our email logs, and it looks like you have received an email with a PDF attachment that contains the data from the form. You can use that to review the submitted information.

    If you need to update anything, you need to ask the form owner for the edit link of your submission.
