Unable to export data

    I have 8 form submissions but it's saying that I have none when I go to export the data. I'd like to download all of my form submissions as pdfs. Is that possible?

    Hi Bojan, that is what I did. It is still only downloading the invoices.
    I cannot see the actual application submissions on the pdf.

    I believe you are referring to this form https://www.jotform.com/form/201895981337164.

    You are only seeing the invoice since on your PDF Editor page, only the invoice PDF is present.

    Please create a new PDF document as shown below on your PDF Editor page and then download:

    No, I'm having the problem of turning the submissions I've received into
    pdfs. The only page/pdf that comes through is the invoice or receipt of
    payment on the pdfs, none of the applications or information. My
    understanding was that I could create a form and export the submission into
    a pdf. In fact, when I was first learning jotform and doing a trial run, I
    had done this before. Not sure where the glitch is happening.
