I am trying to find a way to measure the time it takes to complete a quiz.
So far I have embedded a Date and Time snippet and see to Current. I have hidden this and printed the output into a paragraph snippet. This is accurately displaying the data and time that field was displayed.
There is a standard Date Submitted field in the submission record. However, I don't see a time stamp.
I tried putting a second Date/Time widget on the final page of the quiz, setting the defaults to current date and current time. However, this seems to display the same values as the Start Timestamp.
Can you help please?

You have the option to change the date format to show the timestamp on this submitted date field:
Apart from these, have you tried using the Timer widget on the form - https://www.jotform.com/widgets/timer

Changing the format of the Submission date to show the time is very helpful
Will the timer widget run over a multiple page form?

Yes, you can create a multi-page form and add a Timer widget on each page - https://www.jotform.com/help/119-how-to-create-a-multi-page-form-with-jotform
