Hello!
I setup an amazon AWS account, setup my domains and emails, everything seems to work fine, test mail works from amazon and from my desktop
I setup the smtp on JotForm and make some tests, for TLS with port 25 and 465 it returns am smtp connection error, with port 587 it seems to work but i don't receive the test mail
Maybe i have to verify on amazon the JotForm domain too?
Thanks

Please whitelist JotForm IPs. You can find the list of all the JoForm IP addresses and email domains that you can whitelist on this guide.
Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

Can we test submit your form once? I have created a new notification email to see if the new email works.
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks.

So I believe you need to re-create the notification and autoresponse emails.
Please add a new notification and autoresponse email and then select the SMTP sender email from the dropdown to save the changes.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
