Can you allocate different email addresses to individual forms?

I have multiple forms, that need to go to different departments, can I allocate each form to different email addresses?

Yes, you can set up different email recipients on each form when you set up the notification email in each form https://www.jotform.com/help/25-setting-up-email-notifications
