I’m not receiving emails when a new form is submitted?

    We apologize for inconvenience. I reviewed your form sent email history logs and it shows the submission emails were being sent successfully to the intended Email Recipient.

    Can you please check again.

    Perhaps the email was just filtered as spam emails. I suggest checking also in the spam folder in your Emails.
