    it is here

    https://form.jotform.com/210516166315145

I made an identical form here

    https://form.jotform.com/210533455221040

    mine doesnt work. any ideas?

so I cloned it and added # in front of the three inputs

    https://form.jotform.com/210533971361149

    still doesnt work.

    so i cloned it again

    https://form.jotform.com/210533953950153

removed the hashtags and changed the separators.

    still doesnt work

on one of them, I named the substrings... the others I didnt

I have fixed the issue on your form. I changed the Date field calculation to String type data.

    it is working properly now.

Thanks. in another thread, is it possible to pass ticket widget entries into substrings. for example, I sell 3 separate items in the ticket widget. the widget has 1 input id. how do I act separately on the separate entries?

    Hi,

For your question regarding the ticket widget, I have moved the question into a new thread:
    https://www.jotform.com/answers/2919696

Regarding the form, the date seems to be split correctly:

May I ask what do you want to calculate in the last "Calculation" field?
The example form output seemed to be empty, so I wasn't able to refer to it.
