unable to upload PDF document as Smart PDF form

I am trying to upload a PDF to make it editable but it has been sat on the "this may take a while, hang tight" display for just over half an hour now. I tried it last night and the same happened..... please advise.

Please note that our Smart PDF forms cannot edit PDF documents to be editable.

You would have to upload fillable PDF already to be able to create a web form and map the fillable fields in your PDF.

I would suggest editing your PDF document first in adobe acrobat and add fillable fields.
