I just looked there again and it appears to give you a .com address automatically. Are you trying to to this from the German microsoft website, if you are go to the 'merican one.

Can you please clarify your question? Are you referring to the JotForm website? If you visit an Italian JotForm page, for example, your account will automatically be switched to Italian. You can update the site language from the footer.
