People are trying to submit my form, so far there's been one successful submission. Put anyone else who submits is not receiving a submission receipt and we are not seeing it on our end. The deadline for submissions is today and this situation needs to be resolved ASAP

I have cloned and tested your form and was able to receive the notification emails.
As I check the email history log, I see that the emails are being sent without any issue from our end.
