One andom form submission came in encrypted

All of my form submissions have been fine but one came in encrypted. Why is that? and how do I view it without the encryption?

It's likely a form cache issue on the user's end. I see you previously enabled the encryption in the form and later disabled it. Despite that, one came with partly encrypted data. That indicates the user has viewed the form with its key present in it. Your other submissions seem to be displaying fine.

I would suggest disabling the form in the meantime and enable back the encryption. In the prompt, choose to use your existing key. Go back to the tables page, and decrypt the submissions. Hopefully, that will work.
