Upgrade Jotform account

    I'd like to pass from the free account to the Bronze one, however when I click to upgrade the account (the credit card data are already inserted) it tells me it will take a couple of minutes but the message doesn't change and the upgrade doesn't succeed.

    I've tried several times and also asked a colleague to try but the problem is still there.

    It is quite urgent because I have a questionnaire going on and my account is full.

    Can you please help me?

    Can you try upgrading using a different browser?

    If that doesn't work, please tell us if you're upgrading to the monthly or yearly plan for us to provide you with a direct upgrade link.

    You can download submissions and delete them from within your account to clear upload space for now.
