Hey there, I have read through a few of the tutorials, including the "detracted" user guide on responsiveness, with no luck to getting my form to be mobile responsive. In more than one of the user guides the actions required, such as "advanced designer" are not available to me. Is this because I am a free user and don't get access to these "paid user" parameters?
If this is the case then great! I will gladly upgrade my account if it solves this problem!
Please let me know!

Greetings.
All options are included in the free plan, including the form designer.
However, I have checked your account, and it looks like you only have card forms. Unlike in regular forms, card forms have very limited customization options, which is why you don't have access to the advanced form designer.
Can you please let us know are you embedding forms to your website? If this is the case, can you please share the page URL with us so we could see where the problem is?
I've tested the current form on my phone, and they are shown without any problems:
If there are any problems with a direct form, please share the screenshot of the problem with us. You can click here to see how to share images.
Thank you for your cooperation.

This is what I see on my phone.
The URL is
adjustingleads.com/resolve-adjustment-questionnaire
Do you recommend switching from card form to a regular form? Is there a way to transfer all existing data over to a regular form? Or will I have to start again?
Thanks,
Tucker

I cloned my form and tested out the regular looking form and I have to say I am not a fan, as I want the user to only see one question at a time. There must be a way to set parameters accordingly to allocate enough space in Mobile view to see the questionnaire properly.
Any ideas?

Though I created a form, I want it laid out more of a survey. What would you call what I am trying to achieve?

I tried the "iframe" and the issue is resolved.
