Can I get Card Information with the premium version.

We need correct sepa controlled card information when user register on the form.
I see it's not allowed with the free version?

But is it also the case for the payed version?

    Kind regards,

Collecting credit card info, with plain text fields is against our Terms of Use for all account types.

If you want to process payments, you need to use one of our payment processors. And if you want to charge your users at a later date, you can enable payment authorization.

That's the thing I don't want to process payments. Our users only need to do this to get their money back if that's the case. Payment is done on arrival.

Is there a workaround you can suggest?

According to the Jotform Terms of Use,

Phishing: You agree that Jotform Inc. may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form’s purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example, sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

Collecting Sensitive Information: You may not use the Jotform Service to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to, credit card information and any type of login credentials.

As my colleague stated, it is not possible to collect any kind of Credit Card information from your users.
